What is EFT
- Emotional
Freedom Techniques
- Emotional Version of Acupuncture
- No Needles Involved
- Easily Self Administered
- Involves Stimutating Meridian
Points
- Can be Done Anywhere, Anytime
and by Almost Anyone
How Does it Work
EFT is derived from
Eastern discoveries over 5,000 years old and is based on Albert
Einstein's observation that everything (including us) is made of
energy. This energy sometimes becomes disrupted by emotional blocks.
By working on the Meridian Points, emotional blocks are easily disolved.
How do we get these emotional blocks?
Just by living our lives. We all collect emotional baggage over
the years.
Negative events is your life may create negative emotions which
cause blocks in your energy field. These negative feelings are not
your true, natural form.
By using your fingers to stimulate various points on the body, these
blockages may be removed, allowing you to become your true self.
Check out the "Tapping Points"
tab above to see how easy these points are to reach.

| Important note: EFT has only
been in use since 1992 and is considered to be experimental. Thus users of EFT
must take complete responsibility for its use. EFT has no side effects except
to bring peace of mind, relaxation, a brighter outlook, better health, more energy
and focus. It has also been known to relieve phobias, stress, anxiety and even
chronic pain. While Ann McKinley is not a licensed health professional, she does
care about the welfare and health of her clients so when appropriate, please consult
a qualified physician. | |
