Tapping Points |
 |
Point 1. (TH) Top of the head . If you put yor
thumbs in your ears and meet your fingers at the top of the head,
that is the point.
Point 2. (IE) The nose side of your eyebrow, either
one, left or right side or both -- some people like to be balanced.
Point 3. (OE) Outside corner of your eye, again either
side.
Point 4: (UE) Under the eye, on the optical ridge bone,
again either side.
Point 5. (UN) Upper-lip just below your nose.
Point 6. (CHIN) Just below your lower lip, right between
your lower lip and the crease of your chin.
Point 7. (Chest) Now make a fist and thump below your
throat where your two collar bones meet.
Point 8. (UA) This one is under your arm about a hands
width below the armpit.

Point
9. Karate Chop point: (KC) This point that is used occationally: If
you are right-handed, take your left hand, hold it palm facing you
and look at that fleshy spot on the bottom of the left hand between
the top of the wrist and the base of the little fingers. This is where
you would do a karate chop. Use two or three fingers of the other
hand to tap the point. You can switch hands if you get tired. |
