Surrogate Energy Work

Did you know that most energy work could be done without the benefitting person being touched?
The NAET person I go to for allergy elimination will work on babies, small children and animals. But for each of these she has the parent or owner hold the baby or animal or in the case of a horse the owner touches the horse. This is to put the benefitting entity in the energy field of the surrogate (parent/owner) while the practitioner works on the surrogate. The benefit is transferred to the one being touched. Isn’t that wild?
Did you know that for most energy work, the person being worked on does not even have to be in the same room! When I am feeling sick and just don’t have the energy to work on myself, I will ask my husband to run Reiki on me. I usually ask him over the phone as he is often somewhere in the country on business. He will then run the energy when he has time, and I can usually tell when he is running energy for me, as I will start to feel better. I also know if he gets interrupted, as I will start to feel worse. I seem to require a lot of energy to get me over the hump to where I stay feeling better. In this case the energy work is not surrogate work as my husband is actually sending the energy to me. It is labeled long distance work.
With Meridian Tapping, the practitioner will often use themselves as the surrogates. I have done this. I call the person’s energy to me or if the person is too weak to allow their energy to leave, I will just say I am that person and this is for their benefit as I tap on my self. Some EFT practitioners pretend the person is sitting in front of them and they tap on an invisible person.
Why would this work? Maybe it is because we are all connected. We all have energy running through us, could this energy be connected? The energy of the tree, the energy of the rocks and dirt, the energy of your neighbor, the energy of your worst enemy. We are all connected. What hurts one, hurts us all. What benefits one, benefits us all. It is the spirit of life, of existence.
